How to get here: Tram 3 or 12 to Eerste Constantijn Huygensstraat, then about four minutes on foot. Tram 1 or 7 to Leidseplein, then roughly eight minutes via Overtoom. Bike rack in front of the building. The studio is in Oud-West. A map is on the contact page.

6. Contact form and transfer to the United States

The contact form on this site is forwarded through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a service operated from the United States. When you submit the form, the contents of your message (name, e-mail, optional phone number, chosen service, preferred date and your notes) pass through servers outside the European Economic Area.

As far as we can tell, FormSubmit does not appear on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework list. We treat the transfer as a GDPR Article 49 derogation: you initiate the exchange yourself by asking for a quote, so sending the message is required to take that step. We only collect the fields needed to write back.

If you prefer to avoid this transfer, write directly to [email protected] or call 020 737 0891. We will handle the request in the same way. Retention periods, legal bases and your rights are in the privacy policy. Business clients who entrust us with other people’s personal data will find the arrangements in the data processing agreement.

7. Intellectual property in the site

Texts, layout, photographs and other parts of okiatech.click are protected by copyright and, where applicable, trade-mark law. They may not be copied, distributed or reused without prior written permission from Okiatech B.V., except where the Dutch Copyright Act allows a limitation or exception, such as a quotation with a source.

The atmosphere photographs on the site are illustrative and generated with artificial intelligence; they do not show actual clients or sessions. Third-party brands we mention remain with their owners. Recordings you make in the studio are not covered by these site rights: they are dealt with in the terms and conditions.

A contract for a session or for post-production is formed only after you accept a written quote and pay the 35 % deposit. Visiting the site or sending the form does not create a contract. This website and the information duties of Okiatech B.V. are governed by the law of the Netherlands, together with EU law that applies directly in the Netherlands, including the GDPR. Disputes about the site or about a booking are handled by us first; the path is set out in article 18 of the terms. Consumers may also choose the court of their place of residence.
