1. What cookies and similar techniques are
This page states what okiatech.click stores on your device, what sits in that store and how you change it. Cookies are small text files. Sites use them to function, to remember a preference or to measure visits. Article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act also covers other trackers, including browser local storage (localStorage). We treat those the same way.

2. What this site does and does not use
Okiatech in Amsterdam sets one tracker of its own: storage of the choice you make in the banner. That choice holds no name, e-mail or phone number. We use no third-party trackers: no audience measurement, no ad network, no social button, no embedded map or video. Fonts, images and the site script come from okiatech.click.
Motion on the page or a custom cursor — if the design shows one — writes nothing. Connection logs at TransIP B.V. (Vondellaan 47, 2332 AA Leiden, the Netherlands) are not cookies; why we keep them and for how long is in article 4 of the privacy policy. The form itself does not set a marketing cookie; the message does travel through FormSubmit, which we explain in article 7 of that policy.
3. The five categories
Necessary
This technique is required for the site to do what the cookie-banner rules demand: we remember that you chose, so we do not ask on every page. Consent is not required. You cannot switch this item off in the banner.

The banner shows three equally prominent buttons: accept all, reject all and choose for yourself. The site stays available whichever button you use. After 182 days we ask again. That follows ePrivacy rules and Article 11.7a of the Telecommunications Act: no non-essential tracker without consent, and refusing must not be harder than accepting.
4. Changing your preferences
You can withdraw or change consent whenever you like, without writing to us:

For another browser, use the maker's help pages. A browser block can break parts of some sites; on okiatech.click it does not block a booking, because you reserve through contact, [email protected] or 020 737 0891.
5. What this policy does not cover
This document is about trackers on the website. It says nothing about the microphones, the 10 m² booth or the live room. Recordings and invoices sit in the privacy policy and, for a business client who brings other people in to record, in the data processing agreement. The 35 % deposit and cancellation up to 5 days ahead sit in the terms and conditions.
6. Changes
If we fill a category or introduce a new key, we update this page. Effective 1 October 2026, last updated 1 October 2026.
