1. What this page is

This disclaimer belongs to the website okiatech.click of Okiatech B.V., of Eerste Helmersstraat 42, 1054 DG Amsterdam, the Netherlands. It describes the nature of the information on the site. It does not replace the legal notice, the terms and conditions or the privacy policy. Effective date: 1 October 2026. Last update: 1 October 2026.

2. Not advice

The pages, including the guides and the FAQ, explain how we work in Amsterdam: a booth of 10 m², a live room of 38 m², at most 5 musicians at once, an archive of 9 months. They are not legal, tax, medical or technical advice for your particular case. Rights in compositions, samples or a cover are yours to arrange, or to hand to someone you appoint.

3. Prices, hours and availability

Figures on services and on the service pages — for example €89 for an hour of Vocal recording or €235 for a mix — are guide prices including 21 % VAT. They may change until you accept a quote. A slot is yours only after acceptance and the 35 % deposit, as article 4 of the terms states. Opening hours (Monday to Friday 09:00–21:00, Saturday 10:00–18:00, by appointment only) do not mean every hour is free.

4. Artistic outcome

We work to the quote. Whether a track feels finished also depends on arrangement, performance, time and choices during the session. We do not promise a hit, a playlist place or a set number of streams. What is included — microphone choice, engineer, revision rounds — is stated per service, for example on vocal recording and mixing.

5. Pictures, brands and examples

Images on the site are illustrative and generated with artificial intelligence. They do not depict real clients, a particular session or existing repertoire. Brands, platform names and formats we mention (streaming, vinyl, download) remain with their owners. We do not imply a partnership or a quality mark we do not have.

6. Links to other sites

The site may point to TransIP B.V., to FormSubmit, to OpenStreetMap for the map on contact, or to other external addresses. Those sites have their own terms and their own privacy rules. We are not responsible for their content or availability. An external link is not an endorsement.

7. Availability of the website

We aim to keep okiatech.click reachable. Maintenance, an incident at TransIP B.V. or a network fault can make the site unusable for a while. That does not affect a studio contract already formed; that contract runs through e-mail and the studio itself. You can also book by 020 737 0891 or [email protected] if the form is down — useful if you want to avoid FormSubmit, as explained in the legal notice.

8. Liability for site content

We keep the copy with care. A sentence can still go stale, for example a rate or an opening hour. What binds us is the accepted quote and the terms. For loss caused by mere use of the site — a misunderstood guide, a dead link — we are liable only in case of intent or deliberate recklessness, and never so as to remove mandatory consumer rights. Injury at the studio is governed by the session terms, not by this disclaimer.

9. How this sits with other documents

If this disclaimer conflicts with the terms and conditions on a booking, the terms win. If it conflicts with the privacy policy or the cookie policy on data, those documents win. The accessibility statement describes what we do to keep the site usable; feedback on that is welcome through contact.

10. Language and contact

The Dutch text is decisive. This English page is a faithful translation for information. Report a mistake or a stale fact to [email protected] or through the form. We reply within 2 working days.
